Basketball Court: Donations from Secretary & Treasurer salaries began in Aug 2011. Since then the
Secretary & Treasurer have donated their annual pay every year towards this project. Between salaries
and donations, the total is $4000 currently available for B-ball court.
ADA requirement: We may be required to make our pool handicap accessible. County states pools
located at this facility are required to meet the 2010 ADA Standards but compliance is “not readily
achievable”. Lorie has action to monitor requirements.
Pool Pump/Motor replacement: Our pump motor and pump were quite old. We installed a refurbished
pump & motor last year, and they are working OK. We were concerned as failure of either would shut
down pool. We found a spare which has been refurbished and is ready if needed.
Deep Well replacement: in 2017 we replaced the well pump motor and realized that our aging well casing
is badly corroded and could fail. We have budgeted $8000 for new well if/when required.
            Memberships: 2012: 82, 2013: 87, 2014: 88, 2015: 85, 2016: 83, 2017: 93, 2018: 87, 2019: 88

                   1. Pool Opening Date: We are staying in contact with Health Dept for guidance. While nothing is
official, they suggest that pools may be allowed to open in June.
                   2. Membership Options: The board is proposing a new/alternate membership plan. While this
decision was driven by COVID-19 impacts on pool opening, if adopted, this will be permanent.

The proposal is to offer the option of only paying for membership which allows either Pool use
or boat ramp/gate use, or the traditional combined membership. Costs:
                          • Pool use only: $200 per family for residents, $225 for Associates
                          • Boat Ramp/Gate Access: $200 per family for residents, $225 for Associates
                          • Combined Membership: Same as before, $330 per family for residents, $375 for
                              Associates
