Budget Committee Report – The purpose of this committee is to prepare a new budget for the following year, in time
for presentation at the spring meeting.

Beach/Erosion/Waterways Committee Report – We have had some good volunteer efforts in recent years to build
the well ring terrace that is now in place to preserve the access road to the beach. We also continue to add rock along
the waterfront and more plants. There is a new, monumental problem of sedimentation closing the entrance to the
creek. The Committee requested and received DNR involvement with a lot of planning and recommendations done
for free, but any remedial action, such as dredging, can only be done at enormous cost.

Landscape Committee – We have made some effort to add shrubs and plants to the pool and beach areas, but this
work needs more participation. Possibly, in addition to joint work activity, different people could take on a small
selected area to improve and maintain.

Maintenance Committee – We continue to address repairs needed on the many aging systems and structures
associated with our pool and waterfront.

Playground Committee Report – We hope to install a basketball court near pool but simply can’t afford it now.

Mark your calendar for the July 4 Bike Parade at 9:00 a.m. After two trips around the community, we’ll have
popsicles & then jump in the pool. We will adhere to any COVID-19 requirements in place at that time.

Pool Operating Committee – Although unsure of pool opening date, we are taking applications for lifeguards/pool
operators now. We’ll even help with tuition costs to get certified! Check our Web Site for applications or Call Lorie
            for more info.

Website Committee – Our site hosts pool party reservation form, pool regulations, By-Laws, lifeguard application
form, board member info, and a “contact us” link to email questions and concerns. We have a Youth Portal on the
