        • Committee Reports (see last page)

Audit & Budget Committee (Mark Hunt/Tina Springer): Tina conducted audit of 2020 and found all
              to be correct and accurate
Beach/Erosion/Waterways Committee (Jean Campbell): Rollie Campbell briefed the group that he is
requesting more volunteers on this committee. He has constructed poles to replace/repair the marker
lights in the creek and river. Rollie pointed out that most of the work by this committee was at little or
no cost. Rollie proposed the HSCA fund a load of concrete to pour over the rocks at waterfront. Chip
Cousino said he can provide this at low cost.

Landscape Committee (Jean Campbell): Jean Campbell briefed the group on work done to beautify area
where trees were removed (adjacent pool parking lot). Jean said there is still lots to do and requests
              interested parties contact her.
Maintenance Committee (Jim Ball): Jim briefed the group that we had been fortunate during 2020
season as not many things broke down. Some minor fixes to the gate and to pump house systems but
              that was all.
Playground Committee (Lorie Nicholson): Lori stated all is OK and nothing new to report.
Pool Operating Committee (Lorie Nicholson): Lorie expounded on what a great year it had been in
2020. Despite late opening due to COVID, we had 98 memberships. We were able to get the pool
prepped and ready in record time and our pool manager and guards did a great job. Lori stated that we
already have guards lined up for the 2021 season
Web Site Committee (John Wilson): John briefed the group that the change in service providers has
been a challenge and he is not satisfied with their service. The site was locked up for a time but John
believes he has resolved the issue and the site should be up soon.
Security: Ron Redding stated there was not much new to report. Ron requested someone else take lead
over this committee. Rollie stated that there are strangers at the waterfront and something needs to be
done. Recommends we lock/chain the parking lot more often and requests volunteers to assist with this.
Rollie also stated that cars at waterfront must be checked for car passes. A lengthy discussion ensued
about trespassers and how car pass checks could be accomplished but no resolution was reached.
