- Resident Membership: $330 + HOA Dues
- Hollywood Shores Renter: $330 (Owners pays HOA Dues)
- Live Outside of Hollywood Shores: $375

Volunteer Work Credit Program
Current membership families can reduce the cost of membership by participating in our volunteer Work Credit Program.
- Earn $10 per hour
- Up to $100 in membership credit
- Participate in scheduled community work parties or volunteer for approved projects.
