Basketball Court: Donations from Secretary & Treasurer salaries began in Aug 2011. Since then the
Secretary & Treasurer have donated their annual pay every year towards this project. That is 10 years for
Jim (2011 thru 2020) x $200/year = $2000. That is 1 year for Mike, and 9 years for Mark (2011 thru 2020) x
$200/year = $2000. Also, we have $100 from Yard Sale, $100 donation from Doris Cousineau, and $200
from Kandy Bruno (WFC 2015 & 2017). $2000 + $2000 + $100 + $100 + $200 = $4400 currently available
for B-ball court.
ADA requirement: We may someday be required to make our pool handicap accessible: This is ongoing
concern and potential expense if requirement is enforced. ADA requirements on pool permit application
show 4 means of compliance. County reply states pools located at this facility are required to meet the
2010 ADA Standards but compliance is “not readily achievable” at this time. Insp report showed
compliance due 9/15/12. Lorie has action to monitor requirements.
Deep Well replacement: in 2017 we replaced the well pump motor and realized that our aging well casing
is badly corroded and could fail. We have budgeted $8000 for new well if/when required.

• New Business
1) County to address drainage issue on Riverside Drive. The county plans to install drain + drain pipe that
will run from Riverside Drive, along the Pool parking lot, and into the woods adjacent the Pool House. We
do not have a schedule for this as yet.
2) Wi-Fi installation at Pool House: The board has voted to install Wi-Fi___33 at the pool house to support
multiple Wi-Fi enabled motion sensitive security cameras. This will allow board members to access
cameras via smart phone real time and review video clips that are stored anytime motion is detected.
3) Tree Removal: The board has voted to pay a professional tree removal company to remove large
trees/limbs that present a threat to the Pool House and Pool Deck area.
4) Computer based gate access management: Thanks to donation of time and expertise from John Wilson,
we now have a PC based gate management system. This allows us to update and manage users/Prox Card
database without Lori having to sit at the gate for hours entering data via the keypad. John accomplished
this primarily with used/donated equipment at minimal cost to HSCA.
