            • Payment will be made by check, by the HSCA Treasurer, to participants in June and September of the
               current Year

            2. Basketball Court: Donations from Secretary & Treasurer salaries began in Aug 2011. Since then, the
Secretary & Treasurer have donated their annual pay every year towards this project. That is 11 years
               for Jim (2011 thru 2021) x $200/year = $2200. That is 1 year for Mike, and 10 years for Mark (2011 thru
               2021) x $200/year = $2200. Also, we have $100 from Yard Sale, $100 donation from Doris Cousineau,
               and $200 from Kandy Bruno (WFC 2015 & 2017). $2200 + $2200 + $100 + $100 + $200 = $4800
               currently available for B-ball court.

            3. ADA requirement: We may someday be required to make our pool handicap accessible: This is
ongoing concern and potential expense if requirement is enforced. ADA requirements on pool permit
application show 4 means of compliance. County reply states pools located at this facility are required
to meet the 2010 ADA Standards but compliance is “not readily achievable” at this time. Insp report
showed compliance due 9/15/12. Lorie has action to monitor requirements.

            4. Deep Well replacement: in 2017 we replaced the well pump motor and realized that our aging well
casing is badly corroded and could fail. We have budgeted $8000 for new well if/when required.

        presentation at the spring meeting.

Beach/Erosion/Waterfront Committee Report – The waterfront (WF) function of Hollywood Shores has had an
active committee this year with a lot of accomplishments. We have now eliminated debris & dirt piles and established
grass over most of the area. Many other tasks were completed including: new and improved channel markers,
application of preservatives to the piers, painting of picnic tables, addition of another picnic table, add an
information sign, add new landscaping with a flower bed, and much more. The grass has been kept cut for good
appearance. All of the work has kept the Waterfront (WF) looking its best in many years. Thanks to all of the
